Easy Return Process

At Passion Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, you may request a return subject to the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product contains manufacturing defects
  • Product received is incomplete

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be retained.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
