Easy Return Process
At Passion Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, you may request a return subject to the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product arrived damaged
- Product contains manufacturing defects
- Product received is incomplete
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be retained.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)
Return Approval
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
